About the event
HOLY BALANCE is where movement meets meaning.
Join us from 1:00pm-1:50pm for a fun, energizing reformer Pilates class that will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and alive, no matter your level.
(Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can put your belongings away, grab your reformer, and get the full 50 minute workout experience. We will start promptly at 1:00pm).
Then from 1:55-2:30 we’ll slow things down and gather for an authentic, real Bible talk; open, honest, and rooted in truth.
Followed by a relaxed lunch where connection and community take center stage.
This isn’t just an event. It’s a space to reset your body, renew your spirit, and find balance in both.
